This special scrunchie is named in honour of Amanda Larocque, a proud Mi’gmaq from Gesgapegiag. Amanda is a women’s fancy dancer, a dedicated leader, and a mentor to many in her community. As a semifinalist on The Amazing Race Canada (Season 10), she inspires and uplifts Indigenous youth across the country.
