What shipping options do you offer?
We now offer flat rate shipping across Canada and beyond just $10 per order, no matter where you are. Every shipment includes tracking for your peace of mind.
Who handles your shipping?
As of September 2025, all orders are fulfilled and shipped through Darwynn, our national logistics and fulfillment partner. Darwynn works with every major carrier in Canada, ensuring your package arrives quickly and reliably.
Can I get a tracking number?
Yes! All orders include tracking, which will be provided automatically once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 CAD per order. Orders over $120 CAD ship free!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times vary by location, but most Canadian orders arrive within 3–7 business days, and international orders within 2–4 weeks.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address before submitting your order. Kokom Scrunchies cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Do you still have the Sunday Drop?
No, we’ve retired our weekly Sunday Drop. Instead, we now release special collections and collaborations throughout the year. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know!
When will scrunchies be restocked?
We regularly restock our most popular styles. Keep an eye on our website or social channels for restock updates.
What size are Kokom Scarves and what are they made from?
Kokom Scarves are approximately 27x27 inches and made from a soft polyester-cotton blend.

About Kokom Scrunchies
Who are you and where are your products made?
Kokom Scrunchies is a family-run Indigenous business founded by Mya, a youth from Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg First Nation. All our Core Collection Scrunchies are proudly made in Canada, using carefully chosen materials and honouring Indigenous role models.
Are your products available in stores?
Yes! We supply over 150 stores across Canada, including the Northern Store and operate vending machines at Bayshore Shopping Centre in Ottawa and New Sudbury Shopping Centre in Sudbury.
