At Kokom Scrunchies, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During sales, holidays, product launches, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are fulfilled through our third-party logistics partner, Darwynn Fulfillment.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $12 CAD across Canada.
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers, including Canada Post and other courier partners selected by our fulfillment provider.
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available and will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Kokom Scrunchies is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.
While Kokom Scrunchies is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, weather-related disruptions, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues with the carrier.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
