Return Policy
At Kokom Scrunchies, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@kokomscrunchies.ca and we will do our best to make it right.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please email us at info@kokomscrunchies.ca. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@kokomscrunchies.ca so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, hair accessories that have been worn or used cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If you would like a different product, color, or style, please contact us at info@kokomscrunchies.ca. If approved, we will provide instructions for completing the exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@kokomscrunchies.ca.
