Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Kokom Scrunchies is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping concerns.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kokom Scrunchies is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
